Doctor's Office Front and Back End Clerks
Front Office people generally greet the patient's, gather patient's demographic and insurance information, have the patient sign the necessary paperwork, make appointments and collect copays. The Back Office personnel will generally, verify the patient's insurance, key in the demographic information and do the billing to the insurance. We have divided this section into the various areas for easy reference. If you are the only one in the office then of course you will need to read all of the sections we have created.
